After payment is accepted and processed, customers will receive an e-mail confirmation from both the supplier(s) and Wegolo containing the payment details.

Terms and notices
The agreement is final once it has been confirmed by the client on the website and the client has received a confirmation by email. Should the client not receive an email within 15 minutes after confirming a reservation on the website, clients should contact Wegolo via email.
Customers using one of our websites do not have an agreement with Wegolo for the supply of products i.e. services. The relationship, and thus the final agreement, is solely and directly between the supplier(s) of the product(s), e.g. airline(s), and the customer.
Return flight bookings
In order to guarantee the lowest possible price, return flights (roundtrips) might be booked as two separate, individual one-way flights. Although Wegolo’s applications strive to successfully book all flights / flight segments, there is always the risk of a partial confirmation, in which case Wegolo will advise the customer on actions that might be taken to correct the situation.
Changes i.e. cancellations
For changes and/or cancellations of products i.e. services, customers are to contact the concerning supplier(s) directly. Customers should therefore be aware of the terms and costs applied by the supplier(s) in case of change and/or cancellation of the purchased product i.e. service. Wegolo has no access to the credit card and account details provided by the customer in the booking process; therefore Wegolo cannot make cancellations or re-schedule requests in the name of the customer.
Passengers must be able to present valid travel documents (ID, driver’s license, passport, visa). It is also the passenger’s responsibility, and not anyone else’s, to obtain the entry documents required by local authorities of the destination. The amount paid for the products i.e. services booked through Wegolo is not refundable in case of non compliance to the above.
Fares and payment
The price of a ticket is composed of several components. Wegolo levies a handling fee for every confirmed low cost flight booked through its websites. On the booking page, customers can find a complete summary of the costs per ticket, including insurance if purchased and the delivery/credit card/ fees where applicable.
Wegolo reserves the right to reject payment through a once only authorisation and to agree with the client upon another form of payment. For any type of payment method, Wegolo may request additional information, such as a copy of the passport or a copy of both sides of the credit card. If the customer does not comply with this request, Wegolo will not proceed with the reservation requested by the customer.
Prices on the website are shown in the currency of the customer’s choice. The rates displayed on the websites are consequently the result of a foreign currency exchange based on the exchange rate at the time of the search. The amount eventually charged to a customer’s credit card may differ, depending on the exchange rate used at the time of the debit itself. This difference should however not 3% of the fare displayed on the websites exceeds.
The currency used for payments to Wegolo however will always be Euro (EUR).
Last but not least
Wegolo advises its clients to always print or copy all transaction data as well as the (general) terms and conditions of each supplier(s) used, and to save these in an easily accessible folder.
